Karishma Kusurkar is an award-winning Multidisciplinary Designer based in Belfast, United Kingdom.  Her studio - Karishma's World - invents products that look at everyday objects through a new lens.  Her current products include Ob.Jet, Rainco, Heritage & Wrap (part of One Square). She is also currently working on an exciting new design project called Womenfolk - for Blick Studios & Creativity NI.

Karishma has collaborated on several ventures including The Maker Sessions, The Design Salon, Belfast Design Week, 25 Pop Up, Co.Lab & A Tiny History. 

Karishma has lectured at Ulster University for Foundation Studies in Art & Design (Dip) and BA (Hons) Textile Art, Design and Fashion. She has also curated and run workshops for ArtsEkta & Maven Sessions. She has previously been invited to speak at events including "Share 6" at Blick Shared Studios, the Annual Symposium at Leitrim Design House and "Culture, Democracy and the Right to Make Art" at University of Manchester.
